Haibo Chen is Head of Global Services at Bueno Analytics and one of the most experienced practitioners working in smart building analytics today. He leads service delivery across Bueno's operations in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Europe and North America.
Haibo began his career in sustainability consulting, where he was closely involved in the development of NABERS, the world's first legislated building performance standard. That grounding in how building performance is measured and verified has shaped his work ever since.

He joined Bueno in 2014, in the company's first year. Over more than twelve years he has led engineering, product and customer success before taking on his current role, playing a central role in developing the advanced analytics capability the platform runs on today. Throughout, he has worked directly with customers and partners in every market Bueno operates, turning complex building data into practical insight that drives energy efficiency, operational improvement and measurable sustainability outcomes.
