Paul Byrne is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with nearly 40 years' experience spanning property, infrastructure, finance and technology.

He began his career in estate management with Grampian Regional Council before moving into property consultancy with Chesterton International and Turner & Townsend. He subsequently specialised in project and infrastructure finance, including five years as a Director of Operis, advising on major long-term investment decisions.

Paul is a co-founder and Co-CEO of Beringar. His career has given him experience of property decisions from several perspectives --- as a surveyor, adviser, financial modeller and technology provider --- and a particular interest in how better information can support, rather than replace, professional judgement.
