Mehul Oswal is the co-founder and CEO of Klimatica, which he started with Dr Victoria Tink in 2024. He leads the company's commercial work, deploying the Klimatica Cloud Thermostat into offices, campuses and retail estates where it sits over the controls already installed, with no hardware to replace. Deployments typically cut heating and cooling energy use by 25% while comfort complaints fall.

Before Klimatica, Mehul spent a decade leading software product and delivery teams at Medallia across the US, UK and India, and in 2021 co-founded Walk With You, helping employers support team wellbeing through gamified activity challenges. He holds a Master's in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University.
