KEYNOTE: From Connected Buildings to Connected Decisions
Smart buildings generate more data than ever before, yet many organisations still struggle to turn that information into meaningful action.
Drawing on Bellrock's experience delivering smart engineering, remote building optimisation, predictive maintenance and Net Zero consultancy, Andre Bothma will explore how data, AI and engineering expertise are reshaping facilities management. The session will discuss how building owners can procure technology more effectively, avoid common implementation pitfalls and focus on creating measurable operational outcomes rather than simply deploying more technology.
