Dr Matthew Marson is Managing Director at JLL, where he leads Technology Consulting across EMEA and APAC. His work focuses on advising investors, developers, and operators deploy technology as a driver of value, linking digital strategy directly to asset performance, operational efficiency, and long-term returns.
He has built and led technology-led businesses globally, including founding WSP’s Smart Places practice and leading the global technology sector at Arcadis. He began his career in management consulting at Accenture and now works closely with senior leadership teams on how technology shapes competitive advantage across their operations.
Matthew is the author of The Smart Building Advantage and has received recognition from the Royal Academy of Engineering and Royal Society of Arts.
