Her decade-long career has seen her deliver tech for more than 5million sqm with technology budgets ranging from £20k to £75million.

Shreya is currently Associate Director at PATRIZIA, a leading partner for global investment in real assets, with over €57bn of assets under management. PATRIZIA offers institutional and private clients a broad range of attractive investment opportunities delivering long-term sustainable growth. Her current role is to deliver digital strategies with return on investment (people, planet and business) whilst enabling intelligent buildings for PATRIZIA’s global portfolio and investments under management.
