Roger has been in the Building Controls market for over 30 years and is a recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Building Controls Industry Association. He also served for four years as the Chairman of the Building Controls trade association.

Formerly VP & MD Tridium EMEA and globally responsible for global BAS strategy. Tridium are the global leader in open platforms connecting diverse edge devices and systems to enterprise applications and cloud services.

Prior to working at Tridium Roger worked with Johnson Controls where he was responsible for their European Products division and previous to that he was globally responsible for York International’s Building Controls Group based in various locations including the US and Europe.
Now working as an independent Consultant focusing on Business Change and Strategy. Helping start-ups and larger companies with the new approach required by IoT technology and changing customer demands.
