Smart Buildings Show is a firmly established industry event and this year we have more innovation, exhibitors and speakers than at any of our previous events.

The smart buildings industry continues to grow rapidly and we are excited to be a showcase for all that is innovative in our community. On behalf of the organisers of Smart Buildings Show, it is my pleasure to extend a very warm welcome to all our visitors, sponsors, exhibitors, media partners and supporters.

Our exhibitors are showcasing new products, technologies, solutions and services and I feel honoured that they have chosen Smart Buildings Show to do this. The aim of the event is to bring together the smart buildings industry to discuss and debate the future, learn from best practices and provide a unique networking forum for the industry.

We are sure that you will find this event the best way to keep up to date with developments, maintain current industry relationships and make new ones.

Admission to Smart Buildings Show is free of charge to qualifying visitors. All visitors must have a visitor badge to gain entry to the exhibition. Admission is only open to trade visitors over the age of 18.

There is catering in the café on the show floor and also in the main boulevard of ExCeL.

Please report any medical or security issues to the Organisers Office immediately.

All lost property is to be handed in to the Organisers’ Office. Any items not claimed at the end of each show day will be forwarded to the Lost Property Office at ExCeL.

The public address system cannot be used for messages for visitors or exhibitors except in exceptional circumstances.

Visitors are not allowed to photograph, record or video the stand or exhibits unless the exhibitors in question have given their express permission. Special arrangements apply to press and stand photographers.

The Smart Buildings Show 2026 sales office is situated on stand A41.

Visitors who have had property stolen are requested to report such occurrences immediately to the Organisers’ Office.

Canvassing for orders or any other purpose by any unauthorised person is strictly prohibited. The distribution or display of printed materials, other than by exhibitors at their own stand, is strictly prohibited.

The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the Exhibition, they also reserve the right to expel any person or persons whose conduct, in the opinion of the Organisers, deems such action necessary.

The venue has a dedicated medical centre open throughout event. Anyone feeling unwell should report to the Organisers Office in the first instance.
