Rethinking Smart Building ROI and the business case(s)

Thursday 10th October 10:45 - 11:30

Management & Proptech Theatre

There is much talk of smart building ROI, but little consensus about how that is meaningfully calculated given the challenges of aligning the different agendas of owners, operators and occupiers. What success looks like to those different stakeholders and how that is framed around value maybe the means for rethinking Smart Building ROI and the business case(s) beyond sqm costs. This panel session aims to bring some of the current discussion between cost consultants and those at the forefront in design and deployment into a public forum, so the audience can get a flavour of engagement and hopefully add to it in order to help drive demand for smart buildings.
