I have worked in the construction industry for over 28 years. For the last 23 years, I have worked as a professional quantity surveyor mainly specialising in the cost management of building engineering services.

I have a BSc (Hons) Degree from Heriot Watt University in Building Economics and Quantity Surveying. I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

I worked overseas in Australia for six years and during this period, I worked in a dual role delivering both building engineering services and traditional quantity surveying services. This role involved mainly engineering services focused projects such as data centres and major plant refurbishment projects.

Whilst my main focus is engineering services projects such as Data Centres and Major Plant Refurbishments; I have extensive and varied experience working in a variety of different project sectors including Commercial offices, Residential, Hotels, Industrial Warehouses, Retail and Infrastructure projects such as tunnels, substations and rail projects.

At FPC, Viktoras plays a key role in device-to-cloud engineering and consulting, focusing on testing, proof of concepts, and integrating smart technologies to optimise energy consumption and enhance user experiences. Currently finalising his MSc in Smart Buildings and Digital Engineering at UCL, Viktoras is expanding his expertise in advanced building technologies.
