As the built environment grows more complex, the convergence of real-time data, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence is redefining how facilities are managed—at scale. Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) has evolved beyond energy savings and fault alerts. Today, it's about building a dynamic, data-driven system of record for every asset—one that enables smarter maintenance, informed capital planning, and faster decision-making.
Join Billal Vindhani of Clockworks Analytics to explore how global facilities teams are moving from reactive to proactive operations through condition-based strategies and AI-powered automation.
In this session, we will cover:
- Why diagnostic histories and continuous asset monitoring are the foundation for smarter capital planning
- How AI accelerates data ingestion, point mapping, and fault detection through tools like document scanning, point inference, and expert systems
- The rise of Agentic AI and how it’s helping summarize complex results, trigger ideal workflows, and even auto-generate work orders
- What all this means for overburdened teams facing shrinking budgets, deferred maintenance, and a persistent skilled labor gap
Whether you manage a single site or a global portfolio, this session will offer practical insights into how data and AI are reshaping the future of facilities.
