Harness the talent now to deliver the smart buildings of the future

Wednesday 15th October 10:00 - 10:35

IT & Digital Infrastructure Theatre

We are in an era where smart buildings continue to evolve, and that evolution brings with it the need for skilled professionals who can navigate the complexities of modern buildings today to deliver the smart buildings of tomorrow.

These skilled professionals are essential to the industry, but it is only through continued training of our current personnel and engagement with the next generation of BEMS Engineers that we can hope to get the most out of our buildings through optimising energy efficiency, enhancing system performance, and reducing maintenance costs.

So, what is the answer? This presentation promises to be an informative discussion which looks at Apprenticeships and T levels as a route to ensuring that this industry takes full advantage of the emerging new talent who will deliver the future of smart buildings.
