Richard has over 25 years of experience across diverse industries. His professional journey began in electronics and software engineering positions at technology companies, where he developed a strong technical foundation. Richard later transitioned into product management and product marketing, leveraging his broad expertise to drive successful go-to-market strategies and oversee the complete product life cycle. Since joining Planon in 2020, Richard has played a vital role in key strategic initiatives and product launches.
Andy Waters is a Strategic Business Partner for Enterprise Software at Schneider Electric, where he designs Software Solutions for the Built Environment and Smart Buildings. With experience spanning the Electrical Trades, BMS engineering and deployment, and global smart building projects, Andy specialises in turning complex building data into business value. An Australian now based in the UK and completing his MBA, he is a recognised expert in bridging operational technology with strategic enterprise goals.
