With more than two decades of experience in retail operations real estate and sustainability practices James Dorling and his team oversee strategy acquisition management construction procurement store relay and maintenance for more than 400 Wilko locations.

Dorling previously held leadership positions at several large retailers including Walgreens Walmart and Tesco where he improved operational efficiencies established carbon reduction initiatives and developed estate strategies.
