Currently serving as the Head of Facilities Management at Stonegate, Carl is a highly experienced facilities leader who has spent over two decades delivering FM services across expansive property portfolios within retail, commercial, corporate, residential, data centre and logistics premises.

With a rich career history that spans Head of Facilities Management at The Cooperative Group and Midcounties Co-operative respectively, Carl has developed a honed understanding and expansive skill set across operational and strategic management, risk mitigation, and the implementation of cost-effective, sustainable practices.

A respected figure in the industry, Carl has led numerous successful facilities management initiatives and is known for his ability to incorporate the latest technologies into smart building solutions.
