Having worked with some major corporations such as Hitachi Vantara and Tyco Mark joined JCI as a Subject Matter expert helping organisations improve the use of buildings through the adoption of smart technologies combining AI/ML with IOT and Operational technologies affecting sustainability, health and wellbeing and improving occupant experience domains.

With a first class degree in Management Science from Loughborough University he is a keen footballer, golfer and kite-surfer.
