Matthew Marson is a leading voice in the Smart Buildings and Cities industry. He was recognised by The Royal Academy of Engineering at their Young Engineer of the Year for his contributions to this space. He is author of The Smart Building Advantage and has designed and delivered some of the world’s most ambitious smart buildings and cities.
Appspace
James has worked with the IT and facilities markets for in excess of 20 years, 10 of which have been in the world of space management software. He has worked with some of the world's largest organisations to implement agile and smart working practices, understanding that one size does not fit all and that a user centric approach is key. He has been with Appspace for 4 year and runs their Enterprise sales function in the UK.
Cordless Consultants
Tom is a Smart Buildings Consultant with a background in architectural design, proptech start-ups and data science. Now, with Cordless Consultants, he designs and oversees the delivery of some of the UK’s most aspirational Smart Building projects. With a focus on outcomes-based system design, Tom and his colleagues like to take a top-down approach to optimising the built environment.
