Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS) was created to provide our customers with the most in-depth expertise, data and insight to manage their risks.

We work collaboratively with customers, brokers and our carefully selected network of 3rd parties. We provide data, tools and insight for our customers to make informed decisions to reduce their total cost of risk.

With over 75 years of risk expertise, we have a global network of 800 risk professionals in 40 countries, with 150 risk professionals based in the UK.

ZRS in collaboration with a Building IoT start up have combined our expertise to develop Zurich insite to gather data through a small, self-installed observer device which listens to the Building Management Systems and gathers data combining risk, asset performance, cost savings and oversight on ESG governance.
