Carlo Gavazzi’s UWP 3.0 SE universal web platform is designed for remote monitoring and control of energy management systems and building automation functions and can be seen at this year’s Smart Building Show on stand No D1. The exhibition takes place in London’s Excel from 12-13th October 2022.
Powered by MAIA Cloud, it provides a secure and reliable system for networked BEMS which may potentially be exposed to cyber security breaches which can have devastating consequences to businesses and critical mission infrastructure. The UWP 3.0 SE provides a UL security rating of Level SILVER.
Only 2 DIN wide UWP 3.0 SE easily manages up to 5000 managed signals (including variables, I/Os) which can be shared among energy management and building automation applications, up to 128 Modbus devices connected to RS485 ports (64 devices each port), up to 5 users concurrently connected to the Web-App, up to 5 concurrent M2M connections (API connections, BACnet clients, Modbus masters), up to 150 different products from the Carlo Gavazzi range can be connected to UWP 3.0 and is BTL certified (max 500 BACnet points for used BACnet objects).
The customisable built-in webserver displays data, builds charts, sets alarms and controls the system, which can be accessed locally or remotely anywhere in the world. Whilst the VPN (virtual private network) function powered by Carlo Gavazzi, makes it possible to connect to a remote UWP 3.0 item avoiding DNS, firewall, networking issues, simply by logging into our MAIA CLOUD portal.
